Learn how to heal the planet and heal yourself in this this 2-hour introductory Butoh-inspired class. We'll cover some foundational self-and-world healing meditations, stretch out, warm up, then use movement, music, and prayer to send our best energies to Texas. 

Minimum $20 donation per class. Proceeds directly benefit the Houston chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America, who have resolved their top relief priority will be supporting undocumented individuals, and the Montrose Center LGBTQ Disaster Relief Fund.
